    Food log through 7.13.15-7.15.15 DAY 15, 16, 17 Just Cleanse 30-Day Cleanse

    Monday 7.13.15

    Meal 1 820 am (wake up 430 am)

    • Natural Fat Burner accelerator
    • Ionix Stress Reliever Supreme
    • Bullet proof coffee
      • 2 tbsp butter and OCO
    • ‘Ice Cream'
      • 1tbsp coconut flour
      • 2 tbsp peanut butter
      • 2 tbsp coconut oil
      • 1 scoop grass-fed protein
      • 1 tbsp EVOO
      • salt and spices

    Meal 2—- 100 pm

    • Natural Fat Burner accelerator
    • salad
      • 3 handfuls of kale, spinach, swiss chard
      • 7 olives
      • 3 strawberries
      • 4 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp vinegar, mustard
      • 2 egg
      • .5 tbsp butter
      • 1 flounder
    • T+ Chai tea
    • 2 squares 100% chocolate

    Meal 3– 430 pm  

    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tbsp ghee
    • 1 tbsp EVOO
    • Cabbage, and kale

    Meal 4- 900 pm POst Workout

    • ‘Ice Cream'
      • Vanilla grass-fed protein 1 scoop
      • 1 tbsp coconut flour
      • 3 tbsp peanut butter
      • 2 tbsp organic coconut oil

    Was starting to fill the effects of eating so much cheese over the weekend, and not the good kind of cheese, but the dead. Developed a cold.

     

    Tuesday 7.14.15

    Meal 1 820 am (wake up 430 am)

    • Natural Fat Burner accelerator
    • Ionix
    • Shake
      • 2 tbsp EVOO
      • 1 tbsp chia
      • 10 oz water
      • 2 handfuls mixed greens
      • 1 scoop grass-fed protein
      • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
      • 1 egg
      • 6 strawberries

    Meal 2—- 1215 pm

    • 1 avocado
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 4 tbsp sauerkraut
    • 10 strawberries

    Meal 3– 430 pm  

    • Bullet proof Tea
      • 2 tbsp OCO
      • 2 tbsp Ghee
      • Herbal tea
      • Spices

    Meal 4- 900 pm POst Workout

    My training from Tuesday

      • Nothing—- Developed full cold.
