I don't like the cold, but I just do it. As I'm writing this I'm currently recovering from my ice bath today. 37 degree water. I have now started doing face dunks and hand dunks at the end as well.
We all have the cold adaption program built into us, but modern day life and living has really destroyed it. So Yes, we can all live like a Polar Bear if we had to.
Most people think they have decades to live, however they are not seeing the long-term picture. From Arthur Firstenberg's Invisible Rainbow book he states that today there are just as many people aged 40-44 having heart attacks and heart disease as there were in the 1970's for people who were in their 70's.
Most people trust doctors, but we should not. I mentioned Dr. Dre in the video and one of the most damaging things to our health is electro-pollution and blue light. Blue light is a form of electro-pollution. Electro-pollution can include your basic electricity, wifi, smart meters, your phone, yout tablet, your computer, your TV, electric blankets (never use), electric toothbrushes or razors (never use), 5g, 4g, 3g, 2g, airpods, wired ear buds……..
Cold can be used to offset the damage from nnEMF. But mitigating and minimizing it with cold puts you on course for Superman level, if you stay the course and realize that greatness never comes overnight or from one act of courage, but daily little things over and over again.
Cold's main benefit in my opinion is that it increases magnetism. The 3-legged stool of nature is light, water, nature. Electrons are a very important part of our life. There are two ways to increrase your magnetism- Cold exposure, or increase the current (DC Electric current is in all living things to help us regenerate while we are awake, when we sleep we use a different quantum program).
The better you know the better you do.
