I completed my 3rd 16-week challenge on Thursday, 2.2.17. I posted my before and after pics below. The lightening was too bright on the after but in the end my total body fat was down 2.5%. Strength was about the same and body weight about the same. I recently at the beginning of the year just started tracking my workouts. In January I used just a notebook and pen, and have recently switched to a Trello board. If you want to follow my training and nutrition over there you can see it here: Yun Trello Board. I used a combination of my nutritional cleansing and keto/LCHF style of eating.
My before after pic:
This  challenge was surely inconsistent. I started at 14.8% body fat, went down to
12.7% in month 2, back up to 14% in month 3 and finished with 12.3%. The holidays I
have to say I ate a lot more then I should of which constituted in my body fat shooting
back up, even though it was relative good food.
My last month was the most consistent of any of them which is good because it give me
the motivation to carry on into challenge #4, which I will be starting tomorrow.
Seeing my numbers go up and down through the 4 months is really a butt kicker because
I know I didnât have the support set up like I needed to stay consisitent with the
challenge. I have since printed out 2 blown up pictures of me at the biggest body fat
percent of 14.8% and included one into my evernote inbox and have hung the others up
in my office and on my fridge. It should motivate me to stay the course and stay
consistent. Iâm the type of person who needs constant reminders as to why Iâm doing
something. With a strong why I always move forward.
#4 will be my best and Iâm setting the goals of being at 9.1% body fat @ 183 pounds. I
have already set out that I will be doing a pesco vegetarian diet for at least the first 30-
days. I will not have much variety but I know exactly what I will be eating everyday.
Thank you for another opportunity to change my life and body and health. Here is to #4!
Stay strong, Stay positive, be the improvement warrior!
My original goal was 7 or 8% body fat. This was by far the least consistent I've been. I could make the excuse that it was the holidays……. NO NEGATIVITY. I over ate a lot, even though it was good food. It made me realize where I want to go in terms of my body and health.
Stay tuned for my biggest transformation yet!Â
In order to change something about ourselves we have to be grateful for who we are now. We have been trained to be the way we are right now. However to reach that next step, we must train ourselves to be better!
Then comes the hard part of consistently doing it until it becomes a part of us……a habit.Â
