My journey into becoming a light guru and retiring away from a fitness and nutrition one started in September 2018. I was re-introduced to Dr. Jack Kruse. I say re-introduced because I first read his book in 2014, but was not ready for change. That is important. You must be ready otherwise nothing will change long-term. I had a dunning-kreuger effect happening that was my ‘education' around food and exercise as being the end all-be all for health. I was super wrong.
