    A Charity Event to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Of Central Ohio

    Everybody loves burpees! Ok maybe not 🙂
     
    But this is different! 
     
    This is for a good cause! This is for charity!
    It's for charity
    You obtain pledges for the max number of burpees that you can do in either 2:00 or 5:00. Pledge sheets will be sent to you once you register and are also available at Improvement Warrior Fitness' Hilliard or Downtown studio. 
     
    A recruiting flyer will also be sent to you as well. The more people we have doing burpees the more money we can raise! 
     
    You do not need to be a client of Improvement Warrior Fitness or Athletic Revolution to participate. 
     
    Our Youth Athletes may also participate 
     
    Participants must schedule their BURPEE time. Expect to be there at least a 1/2 hour (warm-up time, actually burpee time, counting others burpees, Prizes) 
     
    We will also be having an opportunity to win some cool prizes:

    How Do You Do A Burpee?
     
    Down below you can see a video showing a burpee and a 1/2 burpee.
     
    At Improvement Warrior Fitness & Athletic Revolution-Hilliard are main focus is injury prevention. You can't keep getting better if you are injured or not 100%. Some people cannot perform a full burpee with good form for 2:00 or 5:00, so some people during this Burpees For A Cause will be doing 1/2 burpees instead. 
     
    A burpee is basically doing a full squat, placing your hands on the ground, jumping your feet back to a push up position, performing a push up, jumping your feet back to your hands in a good squat position, and is finished with a jump.  Your chest will need to touch a target on the ground from the push up—- the half burpee the pushup is taken out.
