Wanted to share with a global study that came out on cancer and Artificial Light At Night (ALAN). The results–no surprise to me– but just goes to show you that your light environment is one of the most important things for your health.
I will be going out into the sun for about 10-15 minutes after writing this newsletter. I'm currently working with no lights on and my computer has IRIS on it set at 0 blue light (all day)

Protecting the eyes is most important (check out the recommended blue blockers here) but also the skin is and protecting the thyroid is most important for the skin. Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease and it is caused by too much blue light, too much nnEMF and not enough sunlight–probably won't here that from your endocrinologist, but my job is to keep you away from needing one.
Changing your light is a mindset. We've been lied to about food and exercise being the only way to get healthy. It is a part of getting healthy but a SMALL part, especially when you are already sick or overweight.
