    Ingredients: Peanuts (as defatted peanut flour peanut butter and natural peanut oils), pure water, tapioca syrup, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, cane sugar, natural colors and flavors, salt, calcium carbonated lecithin, tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (vitamin C).

    Keto ‘Ice Cream’

    1. 3 tbsp Nut Butter (Almond or Peanut)
    2. 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
    3. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    4. 1/2 scoop Isapro grassfed whey protein (chocolate)
    5. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    6. Cinnamon and salt
    7. Egg (optional)
    8. Coconut milk (optional)

    Mix together and freeze at least 1/2 hour.
