It is Transformation Friday!!
I love sharing success stories because it makes other people have hope & belief that anything is possible. It even inspires me to ask ‘am I doing all that I can with my health and body?'
Remember though- the most important transformation must always take place in your mind. That is where it starts…….. TFAR- Thoughts…….Feelings…….Actions……..Results.
Without a mindset change, it is not possible to succeed at transforming whatever you want to transform. Luckily, I can help you with both the mental & physical transformation!

Today's transformation goes to Jenna F.H- her story is remarkable:
‘Ever been scared of a before picture? Ever been so scared START because you were scared you were STUCK and nothing would change, and you'd be disappointed? Oh you! Ditch that mindset, this WILL WORK! You just need to take that step.
“Read it all.. If you dare! I love how my new before pictures are now what I PRAYED my after pictures would look like when I took the original photos on the right. I love how our goals change as we do.
Some of the thoughts I had vs reality 3 years ago:
I ate “clean”. Yet I always lacked energy… I was anti “shake”. Yet I made weird mystery Wal-Mart smoothies… I tracked my calories. Yet I had a unhealthy relationship with food.. I couldn't afford to invest in quality food. Yet I could afford to get my nails done every 2 weeks and fuel my clothing addiction. What I was doing was clearly not working for me. Eventually I just hit a point where I was done with excuses and was ready to invest in my health & explore ALL options.
I could tell you a million things about how I USED to be feeling (pretty shitty about sums it up) but honestly who cares about the past? I'm WAY more excited to chat about the future! How would you like to feel? What would you like to accomplish? WHY? (The most important question ever). I haven't done anything that others can't also do. 3 years ago I ordered a box and to me it wasn't just full of food… It was full of hope.
It would help me on my journey to transform my health, it would introduce me to personal development, an amazing lifestyle and community and ultimately to me learning more about who I am, what I am passionate about and how to act on it. This is a lifestyle. Not a diet. If diets worked we would all be fit and healthy ALL the time! This has never been about sales to me. Its about health and lifestyle. Freeing people from the pain they silently suffer with.

No matter which option you decide to start with I will follow up with you with the other because it is all inclusive. Can't be your best with just one and not the other.
I realize some people are at a point where they cannot physically workout, if that is your situation, that is ok, we will use nutrition until you are able to.
