    If your trainer, coach, nutritionist, doctor puts fitness and nutrition above everything else then your health will never be fixed and it will eventually fade and you will die of a modern man disease of aging. A lot of things on this list most people have no idea how they affect our health. As I mention in the webinar since the end of September 2018 I have been doing a N=1 biohack that has brought my health to the best I've ever felt ever and I'm the strongest pound for pound I've ever been at 44 years old. As a strength coach, nutritionist, fitness professional it would always frustrate me when only some people would get the best results, some would get mediocre results and some would get just a little or absolutely none. The main reason is because it isn't about food and exercise. That is part of it, but it should never be the main part.
